Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is IG Medical GmbH, Schongauerstr. 5, 28219 Bremen, Germany. Contact: info@ig-medical.de, +49 421 8478 8804.
What this website does not do
This site is built without third-party tracking. Specifically, as delivered it:
- sets no cookies of its own and uses no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to
- loads no analytics, tag manager, advertising or session-recording script
- self-hosts its typeface, so no request is made to Google Fonts and no visitor IP address is transmitted to a third country for that purpose
- embeds no third-party map, video player or social widget on any page — external services are linked, never framed
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically records standard server log data transmitted by your browser: page requested, date and time, referring URL, browser and operating system, and IP address. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest of delivering and securing the website. It is not merged with other data sources.
Contact form and enquiries
If you submit the information request form, the details you enter — name, organisation, country, email, telephone, role, product interest and your message — are transmitted to IG Medical so the enquiry can be answered. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
The data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet statutory retention obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for IG Medical GmbH this is the data protection authority of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@ig-medical.de.
Hosting and transfers
Details of the hosting provider, any order-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and any transfer outside the EEA must be added here once the production hosting arrangement is confirmed.
